How It Works

1. Complete ezra’s pre-screening questionnaire to see if you're eligible for the study.

2. Head to your local ezra certified center and complete your 30-minute MRI.

3. Once we have confirmed that your MRI was completed, you’ll receive an email with a $500 Amazon gift card.
